Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original packaging with all included hardware and assembly instructions.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, our specialized furniture courier will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient pickup window at your doorstep.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
